I support women who feel off—whether it’s hormones, diabetes, or just life—with personalized coaching to help them feel good in their bodies again.

What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coach wearing glasses and a white shirt, engaged in an online coaching session with a woman, reflecting a personalized and supportive coaching experience.

Wellness coaching isn’t about replacing your doctor or handing you a strict list of rules. It’s about bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

Because most of the time, you already know the basics: eat better, move more, stress less, sleep more. But life gets in the way. Habits don’t stick. Motivation fades. It gets lonely.

That’s where I come in.

As your coach, I help you make sense of your doctor’s advice and turn it into something doable—something that works with your lifestyle, your routines, and your real-world challenges. We create simple, supportive rhythms around food, movement, stress, and sleep. We build in accountability and self-compassion. And we stay flexible, because life will life.

This is coaching rooted in respect for your body, your story, and your power to feel better—one step at a time.

Hello!

Hey, I’m Utari. Wellness coach, Stråla Yoga guide, and someone who knows what it’s like to finally choose herself.

For years, I was deep in stress—emotionally, mentally, physically. I worked in design and branding, constantly pushing myself to meet expectations that didn’t leave space for rest or well-being. At the same time, I watched my mom live with type-2 diabetes. Her journey was long and tough—and when she needed a kidney transplant, I was lucky enough to be a match.

That moment was my turning point. I gave her a kidney, but she gave me a whole new perspective: our health isn’t just about how we look or what we achieve. It’s about showing up for life, fully—and for the people we love.

Since then, I’ve trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Wellness Coach Academy (WCA), and Stråla Yoga, and I’m currently in training to become a Culinary Nutrition Coach through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.

Now, I support women—especially those navigating perimenopause, menopause, and type-2 diabetes—with a wellness approach that feels doable, nourishing, and kind. I don’t believe in extremes. I believe in rhythm. I believe in feeling good. And I believe you don’t have to hustle for your health—you just need the right support.

Let’s make space for wellness that works for you.
