“Before joining The Vibrant You Project, my health was in an average place. I was already trying to make improvements, but it was still early days, so the progress wasn’t very significant. I knew I needed more structure and guidance to see real changes.

“Before starting the program, I was feeling a bit down—stressed and not confident. I had this habit of comparing myself to others, whether it was their situation or their looks. My biggest struggle has always been my diet, and it felt like an uphill battle. I wasn’t sure where to start or how to make lasting changes.
Since joining The Vibrant Woman Project, I’ve discovered new healthy habits that actually stick. I’ve made movement a regular part of my day, whether it’s walking or just staying active. I’ve also cut down on fried food, sugar, kerupuk, and chips, and I’ve been eating more veggies and steamed dishes.
